Polestar Pilates Center Denver is a leader in the Pilates community and is a model for Pilates centers throughout the country and the world.

At Polestar Pilates Center Denver, we offer Physical Therapy, Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and Feldenkrais® for conditioning, fitness and rehabilitation. Our objective is to provide one-on-one and group sessions with highly trained physical therapists, Pilates and Gyrotonic® trainers whose primary objective is to empower each client in achieving his or her personal goals. Our trainers and physical therapists all received their Pilates training through Polestar Education.

We offer several programs conducted by staff members. Come try our Introductory Pilates Allegro class for free, even if you’ve never done Pilates! Must schedule in advance. Only one free intro class per person.
