Liz Stolze, MPT

Lise Stolze earned her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree in 1993 and is currently working toward her Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in orthopedics. She is a principal educator for Polestar Pilates, certified in the Gyrotonic® Expansion System, and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
